CEO of growing manufacturing firm wanted to strengthen his communication skills with his employees.
By utilizing 360 Degree Feedback assessments that identified the specific areas that the CEO needed to work on, we helped formulate a game plan that led to a measurable increase in his leadership rating from 47% to 62% in only 3 months.  The company had a record year for profits and sales after a year of working with the CEO.
COO of Software Company desired to hone his leadership skills.
We worked with the COO to make dramatic changes in his leadership style in less than 6 months.  Changes were validated by a 360 Degree assessment and peer feedback.  Comments range from "He's a completely different, more capable leader" to "I can't believe the changes he's made- but I do know that I want some of whatever he's gotten!"  Relationship was so successful it was expanded to include individual work with the entire Leadership Team.
